"Quick Help and No Guesswork"

My order showed up with one piece damaged, which was... kind of frustrating at first. I sent a couple of photos to customer service, and they got back to me quickly. They sent out a replacement without making it a big hassle, and it arrived in good shape. Stuff happens during shipping, so I’m giving 5 stars for how well they handled it

My order showed up in great shape. Box was solid. Lots of padding inside. Nothing sliding around. I was a little worried it might get damaged, but nope. Opened it up and everything looked fine. Happy with the packaging

Ordered from Medieval Collectibles and the tracking was actually useful. I could see when it shipped and where it was, which helps because I get impatient with packages. It showed up about when expected, no weird delays or missing info, and the box was fine. Easy order overall. I’d buy from them again.

I ordered from Medieval Collectibles during a sale and used a discount code at checkout, and it actually worked without any hassle. I know a lot of us worry about promo codes not applying right or some hidden catch popping up, but everything was straightforward. The prices were better than I expected too, especially on a couple of costume pieces I’d been watching for a while. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was reasonable. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that one item looked a little different from the photo. Still, I’m happy overall and would definitely order again if they’re running another sale.

"Kind of frustrating for a preorder"
I’m usually fine waiting on preorder items, but this experience was annoying. My order just sat on backorder, and I felt like I had to keep checking in myself to figure out what was going on. Customer service did respond, but the answers were vague and didn’t really help much. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the lack of clear updates definitely left a bad impression...

"Great medieval fair look"
I was impressed with the designs. They don’t have that cheap costume-shop feel at all. My tunic and belt actually looked like they belonged at a medieval fair, and even my brother said they looked legit. Shipping was smooth too. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a couple of items and the website itself was easy to use. I noticed the checkout buttons and confirmation page were clear, which I always appreciate because I tend to double-check every little thing. The only part that bugged me was the processing time. It took a few days before I got any kind of update, and I kept checking my email wondering if the order was actually moving along. Once it finally shipped, everything was fine, but it just felt like it sat in that in-between stage a bit too long. Overall, not a bad experience, just could be quicker with updates before shipping...

So... I emailed Medieval Collectibles with a question about sizing and figured I’d be waiting a day or two. They got back to me within just a few hours, which was a nice surprise. "Fast shipping, but still a little disappointing"

I ordered from medievalcollectibles.com and it was straightforward. Found what I wanted, tossed it in the cart, and checkout went through without any issues. The shipping choices were easy enough to understand, and payment worked fine. I actually had a good experience browsing Medieval Collectibles. The menu made sense to me, and I was able to find swords, costumes, and armor without feeling like I was clicking around forever. I ordered a tunic and a pair of boots from medievalcollectibles. The tunic fit pretty much like the size chart said, so that was fine, but the boots were definitely smaller than expected. I ended up having to exchange them, which felt like wasted time and energy for something that should’ve been straightforward. The quality was good overall, I just wish the sizing was more consistent between items. Not a bad experience, but definitely double-check before you order

From a distance it looked okay, but once I got closer, the craftsmanship felt rough. The edges weren’t very clean and a few parts looked kind of cheap. I also felt a little dismissed when I brought it up, like my concerns weren’t really taken seriously. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I expected better.
